Each banquet hall and meeting room at Mayfair Convention is furnished with a graceful aesthetic design, superior lighting and high quality modern facilities making it the preferred event venue in Odisha. The cavernous Central Hall can seat an impressive 1100 people and there are no pillars in the hall which makes for minimal obstruction for viewing.

Crystal Room is a large conference hall with two sections and can be used as a luxury wedding venue. For smaller meetings, the Meeting Room and the Board Room can be used. Both are equipped with advanced interactive screen and projector systems.
